Marinated anchovies
Anchovies (or anchovy) are marinated in a typical recipe of all sea areas, in fact, traces of this tasty dish can be found a bit 'all the culinary traditions shipping. The simplicity of preparation, together with the availability of raw materials, have made it one of the dishes that were always present on the tables of fishermen. Anchovies prepared in this way are a great appetizer cold and keep in the fridge for days and days. Squamatele (when applicable) with a knife, removing first the head, then move on to open along the belly mo 'book, then diliscare them and clean the innards, thus obtaining the threads, you should avoid, however, to divide the two half of the fish. In a bowl, put a layer of marinade, and recline the first layer of anchovies (6), being careful not to break them; continue so until the end. Let marinate at least 5 hours before serving.
