Chicken skewers
The chicken skewers are another delicious dish and very quick to prepare. To make it more appetizing and original skewers of chicken and a good idea to wrap the chicken pieces with slices of bacon, it melts during cooking will make the chicken pieces soft and tasty, plus every bite is flavored by a sprig of rosemary. In addition to these chicken skewers is alternating slices of zucchini and mushrooms, which are cooked along with the chicken while remaining crispy and tasty. Ingredients Mushrooms 150 gr smoked bacon tense 24 thin slices (about 240 gr) 800 gr of chicken breast a few sprigs rosemary small zucchini 250 g Preparation Cut into cubes of 3 cm to the side and cut the chicken breast cubes 24 (1). Wash the zucchini, ends removed and cut into 1 cm thick slices, obtaining 24 washers. Wash and cut into slices 1 cm thick are mushrooms (2), ricavatene 24 slices. Chop the rosemary and cut into florets 24. Wrap each cube of chicken in a slice of bacon (3), then strung between the bacon and the chicken a houseline rosemary (4); skewer stuck in the cube. After it, even stuck a slice of zucchini and a slice of mushroom, then again a cube covered with bacon, zucchini and mushroom, to fill the skewer with 3 sets of ingredients (5). Prepared in the same way all 8 chicken skewers. Now take a large plate or pan, heat it up and then you place it on top of the chicken skewers (6). Do not cook over too high heat, but be sure that the bacon is indori gradually allowing the chicken to cook in its own fat, turn the chicken skewers on all surfaces for 15-20 minutes.
