The chicken fingers are aromatic flavored with a mix of minced fresh ginger, lemongrass (herb whose flavor is reminiscent of lemon, also known as citronella), fresh coriander and chilli. It is original and very light refreshments (in fact they are cooked to the plate), served with a sauce accompanying yogurt with soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce (sweet chilli sauce).
